    فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ الْمَشَارِقِ وَالْمَغَارِبِ إِنَّا لَقَادِرُونَ

    But nay! I call to witness [Our being] the Sustainer of all the points of sunrise and sunset: verily, well able are We
