يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يَخْرُجُوا مِنَ النَّارِ وَمَا هُمْ بِخَارِجِينَ مِنْهَا ۖ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مُقِيمٌ
They will desire to come forth from the Fire, but they shall not be able to come forth therefrom, and theirs shall be a torment lasting.

That this punishment would be everlasting for disbelievers has been made clear through the third verse (37).
