إِنْ كُلُّ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ إِلَّا آتِي الرَّحْمَٰنِ عَبْدًا
There is no one in the heavens and the earth but comes before Ar-Rahman in all obedience.
