مَنْ خَشِيَ الرَّحْمَٰنَ بِالْغَيْبِ وَجَاءَ بِقَلْبٍ مُنِيبٍ
[everyone] who stood in awe of the Most Gracious although He is beyond the reach of human perception, and who has come [unto Him] with a heart full of contrition.

In verse [ 33] we have the statement وَجَاءَ بِقَلْبٍ مُّنِيبٍ (...and comes up with a heart oriented towards Him....50:33]. Abu Bakr Warraq (رح) says that the characteristics of a munib is that he always maintains respect for Allah and humbles himself to Him and gives up his sensual and base desires.
