    يُوفُونَ بِالنَّذْرِ وَيَخَافُونَ يَوْمًا كَانَ شَرُّهُ مُسْتَطِيرًا

    They (are those who) fulfill (their) vows, and they fear a Day whose evil will be wide-spreading.
