    وَمَا تَشَاءُونَ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشَاءَ اللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا

    But you cannot will, unless Allah wills. Verily, Allah is Ever All-Knowing, All-Wise.
