    وَمَا تَشَاءُونَ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشَاءَ اللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا

    Yet you will not unless Allah wills; surely, Allah is the Knower, the Wise.
