    وَمَا تَشَاءُونَ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشَاءَ اللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا

    But ye will not, except as Allah wills; for Allah is full of Knowledge and Wisdom.
