    وَمَا تَشَاءُونَ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشَاءَ اللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا

    And you do not will except that Allah wills. Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Wise.
