    وَمَا تَشَاءُونَ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشَاءَ اللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا

    (The virtuous mentioned in this chapter) want only what God wants. God is All-knowing and All-wise.
