    بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ تَنْزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ مِنَ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ

    The revelation of the Book is from Allah, the Most Honourable, the Wise.
